TRAINING REGIMENT
Blackwater Personal Training (P.T.)
Blackwater PT is implemented once a week for individuals to practice their Squadron Job Descriptions against other Squadrons to prepare for situations before they become prevalent. Blackwater Personal Training is also sometimes offered within the crew from one skilled member to a lesser skilled member; this may include aid with free-aim shooting, free-aim settings, driving, flying, and much more. Although PT is predominantly used for the weekly "Blackwater PT" event, PT can be offered elsewhere by individual members.
Basic Training
Basic Training is the first of three training courses offered by Blackwater Worldwide that is directly correlated to "climbing the ladder", so to speak. A Blackwater Trainee is enabled to take Basic Training once they have completed their seven day probationary term with the assistance of their sponsor. Basic Training is taken by two Trainees at the same time and two trainees are mandatory to run the training course; a person cannot run it by themselves. Basic Training can be failed by consecutive death and if failed, that failed participant will be placed on a 7 day waiting period before they may attempt the course again. The two Trainees will be debriefed and walked through the job by a certified Blackwater Instructor.
A.V.E.C.S.
Advanced Vocational Evaluation & Calibration Schooling (AVECS) the second of three training courses offered by Blackwater Worldwide. AVECS is a three hour training course eligible to anyone whom has graduated Basic Training that teaches our mercenaries the crucial free-aim shooting skills of GTA elites, runs you through setting-based tasks, teaches proper call-outs and formations, and then ultimately is ended with a thirty minute graded job. AVECS is compiled of three participating members; one of which is being graded as a Combat Commandant, the other two being graded as Advanced Mercenaries. AVECS cannot be failed. No matter what your score is, you pass. If a Commandant then later desires that they would rather be a Advanced Mercenary (or visa versa), AVECS 2.0 must be taken in which a similar graded job is taken and the individual is graded as the position they more-so desire. If a person does choose to participate in AVECS 2.0, this is the final time they will ever be able to run through AVECS so make sure it is truly your chosen desire to transfer.
N.O.R.R.A.C.
The National Oversight Reconnaissance & Recovery Assessment Course (NORRAC) is the final test of your skill. Do you have what it takes to reach the top rung of the ladder? This two hour course will truly test your heart and see where you stand compared to the others whom also desire to stand where you desire to stand. Being comfortable with your overall membership in Blackwater Worldwide is mandatory. A 30 days waiting period after AVECS is implemented to be eligible to take NORRAC.
